Integrated Adax-IntelliNet solution for 2.5G, 3G
wireless and IN networks
IntelliNet has deployed Adax’s High Density Channelized
(HDC) Protocol Controller to deliver its Accelero Application
Development Software and Convero Signaling Gateway.
The Accelero has Diameter, SS7, IP and ATM functionality,
a transport independent architecture and XML development
interface. Accelero reduces the time to market for
developers by offering carrier class availability and
operability features such as auto failover, active-active
redundancy, SNMP and MML. Accelero also comes with
a rich set of APIs for MAP, CAMEL, WIN, BSSAP+, BSSAP-LE,
BSSMAP, IS634, CDGIOS, AIN, INAP, ANSI 41, LIDB application
parts. While the Convero Signaling Gateway interconnects
disparate SS7 and IP networks, utilizing standards-based
architecture, communications protocol stack support,
intelligent routing capabilities and SS7 point code
conservation.
Both Accelero and Convero have been optimized to
work over Adax HDC protocol controllers which
are used to
terminate SS7 MTP-2 links for higher layer processing.
The HDC is a high-density, fully channelized,
multiple protocol platform. It is dynamically
configurable
and is capable of delivering up to 124 channels
of mixed
protocols of E1, 96 channels of T1, or 32 links
of MTP-2 per card.
