Solaris 10

In 2005, Adax migrated its HDCII and ATMII protocol controllers to Sun's Solaris 10™ Operating System. Solaris 10, Sun's latest UNIX operating system, allows users to maximize system efficiency while mitigating risk and accelerating applications. The HDCII and ATMII controllers allow customer applications to carry high volumes of traffic, while providing the scalability to add subscribers quickly and efficiently. By combining the high link density and performance of the HDCII and ATMII with the adaptable, modular architecture of Solaris 10, Adax and Sun offer both the reliability and flexibility essential for constantly evolving telecommunications networks.
